Firefish Product Updates - August 2022
In recruitment nothing stands still and at Firefish, neither does our software. Our collective recruitment knowledge coupled with our user-community voice ensures we provide a product built by Recruiters, For Recruiters. Let’s look at some of the improvements we rolled out in August.
Security Setting Updates
This month we made it easier than ever to view your security settings in a dedicated tab and easily switch your desired settings on and off at will. Here’s a quick run-down of how you can manage your security with Firefish:
IP and Time restrictions
Restrict the access to your system by time and location to ensure greater security and promote a healthy work life balance for your recruiters.
Two Factor Authentication
Strengthen the security of your system by requiring two unique pieces of information to gain access.
In August we bolstered our user’s ability to fully customise the colours and other elements of branding for internal use on their sites. In addition, we have also made it easy to change the logos and images that are automatically shared on social media when sharing blogs and job adverts.
This can all now be done in one place and provides some handy guidance on the size and dimensions of any images you wish to upload
This month we have added the option to include a personalised diversity statement on the diversity page of the candidate registration form. This means that any candidates registering with your agency will be safe in knowledge that you are committed to an inclusive recruitment process.
Every month we listen to our users and take the time make sure that Firefish is running as quickly and efficiently as possible. This month we have greatly improved the load time of menus such as the ‘To Do List’ so that even the busiest recruiters don’t need to wait for data to load. We have also improved our settings area to de clutter the process of changing the settings, permissions or company information.
