Firefish Software operates as a deployer of Limited Risk AI systems under the EU AI Act. Limited Risk AI systems are those that interact with users or generate content but do not pose significant risk to health, safety, or fundamental rights.
Firefish’s AI features, including job advert generation, CV parsing and SEO suggestions; support recruitment workflows without making autonomous decisions that affect individual’s rights or access to employment.
All AI features within Firefish are built by design to adhere to the requirements of the EU AI Act.
Firefish Software additionally deploys an AI support agent to assist with any support queries from the customer, with the option of speaking to a human support agent if requested.

Firefish does not accept liability for any outcomes, errors, or issues resulting from the use of third-party AI tools or services that have been enabled by the customer within the Firefish platform. While we aim to support smooth integration processes, the functionality, accuracy, and compliance of external AI solutions remain the responsibility of the customer and the third-party provider. We strongly recommend that customers carry out appropriate due diligence before enabling or relying on any third-party AI features.
