All hardware that reaches the end of its lifespan can be returned to the Hub for recycling (about 85% currently is). Hardware is collected and recycled by Revive IT. Where possible, we try to reuse equipment between Fish.
Energy consumption limited on office premises. Gas and Electricity usage has decreased since we moved to being a ‘remote first’ company. Our Energy provider is British Gas who use at least 76% renewable energy as of 2019. Switched to LED lightbulbs in the Hub

No single use plastic in Hub. Recyclable paper cups, plates, straws etc. Use recycled packaging wherever possible. All kit deliveries are done in a few deliveries as possible and sent in carboard packaging which can be recycled.

Our payment supplier is committed to sustainability and reducing their carbon footprint, having already achieved carbon neutrality in their UK operations. They have implemented a number of initiatives to reduce their environmental impact, including investing in renewable energy, offsetting their emissions through verified carbon credits, and reducing travel by encouraging remote work. Additionally, they encourage their customers to switch to paperless Direct Debit mandates, reducing the environmental impact associated with paper-based processes.
