Our aim is to provide you with a high quality product maximum up-time availability which can be viewed here. If you report an issue with Firefish, we’ll make sure it’s investigated and dealt with swiftly. Every reported issue is classified and dealt with according to these priority levels:

* A “workaround” is a response that temporarily resolves an issue by use of alternative methods or a change in procedures in place of a system modification.
