No. The calendar is built around the candidate, so each person shows up once however many jobs or companies they're covering. Expand the accordion on their row when you need to see each job separately, or to pick one out for a bulk action.
Yes. You can add a status straight from a candidate's date cell, so time off sits on the same grid as the work and you can see it while you're planning cover.
Open any shift or placement to review it in the side panel, add an availability status, or select a group of workers and email, message, roll on or terminate them together.
If you have the export permission, set your columns and filters so the list shows what you want, then export it. If you don't see the option, a system administrator can enable it.
They're calculated live from the active shifts and placements in the period you're looking at, alongside counts of shifts, jobs, companies, hours and days. Applying a filter recalculates them, so the totals match whatever you've narrowed the view to.
