#truScotland and Firefish

Firefish are delighted to be co-hosting #truScotland 2015, once again. It’s the recruitment event unlike the others on the calendar, an un-conference if you will, and last year we had a blast so we’re coming back for more!

Billed as “conversation, communication and a free exchange of ideas and experiences aimed at HR enthusiasts, recruiters and techies” the event went down a storm in 2014 as attendees loved the format and range of topics being debated and discussed so we would absolutely recommend you snapping up a place now.

The format of the event is pretty innovative (and you know how much we love the ‘I’ word) with each discussion called a ‘Track’ and ‘Track Leaders’ who are industry experts taking the reins for each of these sessions. You might even see a few familiar Firefish faces at the Tracks…

You’ll be able to find out more information on the #truScotland website but the basic low-down is: the event is being held on 17th September 2015 – so get it into the diary pronto! - and will all be happening in the Hard Rock Café Glasgow. Yep, you read that right! You can bask in rock glory while taking in the wealth of knowledge being shared. Where else are you surrounded by Beatles and Rolling Stones memorabilia while discussing the latest goings on in the recruitment industry?

Early bird tickets are available at £25 (+ VAT and a booking fee) for a limited time.

We’ll be co-hosting this year’s event with our pals at PC Evaluate and leading Glasgow-based recruitment agency, HR Consultancy. It’s already shaping up to be a good one!
