Firefish ReTreat Strategy Day

As a remote first company, it's always a truly special time when the whole shoal comes together to refocus, set goals and align activities. Our half year get together saw the company gather at Carberry Tower to catch up and enjoy a barbecue before a packed day of strategy and planning at the beautiful Restoration Yard in the grounds of Go Ape.

With everything that is happening in the world, businesses need to adapt, and this retreat allowed the company to shift mindsets and focus everyone on our core goal to make recruitment agencies more profitable. From product to revenue, this was an opportunity to set the strategy to drive Firefish and our clients forward in the new technological landscape.

But no Firefish getaway would be complete without some serious fun, so after all the hard work we pulled the fish out of the water and suspended them in the trees! Witha mix of team building activities and opportunities for the shoal to conquertheir fears, the shoal went home refocussed, re-energised, and ready toaccelerate growth in the second half of the year.
