CV Uploaded Alert from the Candidate Portal

Recruiters love working with our self-service candidate portal, allowing their candidates to upload documentation, update their working status and change their marketing preferences. Well now we’ve made it even more helpful for recruiters who will receive a To Do list notification as soon as a candidate CV is updated.

This helps our recruiters stay one step ahead of their competitors and provide the best quality of service to their candidates.

New Job Board Integration – ACCA Careers

This month we have continued to bolster our extensive offering of Job Board integrations by adding ACCA Careers. This allows users to set up an integration with one of the major job boards for finance and accountancy recruitment.

Adding ACCA to your site will allow you to post in just a few clicks through our multiposter without even having to leave your CRM, control your spend through Job Board Credits and even see applications come straight into your CRM.

New user permission controls

Keeping your data secure and restricting access to only authorised users is crucial in today's climate, therefore we have added an extra set of controls to restrict certain users from archiving a candidate or contact.

In this month's updates you can also control the print function to prevent unauthorised users from printing pages containing candidates' personal information or client records. This also extends to candidate CVs which now require permission to print in the CV preview window.
