February at Firefish!

Making Waves in February

We’re floundering at the fact that February has been and gone already! It’s been a busy month here at Firefish; with a shoal full of friendly competition, food and as always, our end of month awards! Let’s see what the Shoal have been up to.

Fishy Photo Friday

Sometimes, after a particularly hectic week, you need to do something that is going to get you grinning from gill to gill.

Our very own Vicki came up with the fin-tastic idea to run a little weekend photo competition. Our Fishes had to find the funniest thing over the weekend and share it around the shoal; with the most giggle inducing photo winning a lovely prize.

We had a lot of fin-onminally entries, with honourable mentions going to Alec, Becki and Colin for their entries;

Paul Winner

But there can only be one winner, so congratulations Paul, you’ve got a future pet detective on your hands!

A big fin to everyone who sent in their entries and especially to Tony for his encouragement in Vicki’s upcoming side-line of knitted accessories for dogs 😆

Pancakes and Pals

At Firefish, as soon as we hear March is swimming around, we can only think of one thing – Pancake Day! Our Shoal gathered together for a flipping fin-tastic pancake party with our fellow fishes. It was awesome to spend sometime together showing off our culinary skills, even if some of the pancakes did end up looking like an omelette!  Some of our fishes had clearly been practising their flipping skills, like Tony, they look delicious!

Our Fin-tastic Fishes!

We do love to celebrate success here at Firefish so a massive High Fin to the February winners in the Shoal!

First up, congratulations to our Fin-onminally Focused Fish Gerard, for his excellent work in our Keep Swimming focus group.

Sinead took home Fish of the Month for all her hard work this month!

And finally, our App Support Team won Team of the Month, congratulations!
