Firefish is a multi-award winning recruitment software, and we're growing...both in the number of clients joining us and the size of our shoal! 


As so many new clients are moving away from their current recruitment software vendors to Firefish and our existing clients are updating the information they store, we've have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who loves building relationships, supporting clients, working with data and has a keen eye for detail to join our Customer team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist.


The Customer team work with...well...customers!  They ensure that new clients enjoy a fantastic onboarding experience and ongoing success with the product. The Customer Onboarding Specialist is a really important role, as you'll work closely with Data Analysts, Customer Success Champions and the customers themselves to ensure that all data is migrated or uploaded to the right place for both new and existing customers, testing data to make sure that no important information goes AWOL in the process, and that all changes to data are released as and when expected. 


You'll also manage onboarding projects for your own customers: using your recruitment and product knowledge to ensure that they are able to confidently configure and navigate the system, helping them with their queries regarding using the software, and making sure they #lovethefish!


You'll be managing multiple projects concurrently and are the kind of person who loves analysing, problem solving and seeing a project through to completion within strict deadlines. 


As our Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll use your first-rate organisational and project management skills to get into the nitty-gritty of data and deliver first rate coaching, carrying out tasks such as: 


  • Testing candidate, company and contact data uploads for new and existing customers, to make sure that all information ends up where it should do on their live sites
  • Successfully leading online planning calls, giving customers advice on the best solutions to their queries regarding system set-up and use, and tapping into your recruitment and product knowledge to guide new customers through coaching sessions (and answering lots of questions!) to help them achieve instant success with Firefish.  
  • Using your excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects, schedule requests for data work and liaising with the Customer Success Champions and Data Analysts to make sure that the process is smooth for everyone involved and clients keep swimming with a smile on their face!


You may have experienced a data migration from the client side (so have experience of in-depth data), or you may currently be working in a recruitment software business.  Wherever you are or have been, what's most important is that you have a keen eye for detail, know recruitment inside-out and have a genuine love of and interest in complex data.
