Firefish to Support Non-Profit Radical Recruit

Here at Firefish, we pride ourselves in living up to our company tagline in absolutely everything we do.

Every day, we strive to ‘Change the way you recruit’ by educating the recruitment market and providing them with a software solution that revolutionises the way they work.

So, we’re over the moon to announce that we’ll be providing our product to non-profit agency Radical Recruit to support them with the fin-tastic work they’re doing in their pursuit of what they’re calling a “recruitment revolution”...

Who are Radical Recruit?

Radical Recruit are a not-for-profit, community-owned recruitment consultancy based in London. Their mantra is to 'excite, agitate and shake things up in the recruitment industry', so they’re a perfect match for Firefish!

The aim of Radical Recruit is to represent hidden talent sourced from marginalised groups within London and Greater London. By supporting disadvantaged candidates in finding and sustaining paid and meaningful work, they help transform the lives of candidates and their children, one job at a time.

Radical also have a few familiar Friends of the Fish on their advisory board, Louise Triance and Katrina Collier, so we’re all in great company!

A few words from Radical Recruit…

We asked Radical Recruit’s Founder, Emma Freivogel, what this partnership with Firefish means for her business. Here’s what she told us:

“At a time when others are dis-investing and the political and economic landscape is so uncertain, we are delighted to partner with Firefish whose support will enable us to continue to lay the foundations for our success.

Using Firefish’s combined recruitment marketing and CRM software will enable us to focus on the human element of our work, become more agile as well as more responsive to the needs of our candidates, many of whom experience intersecting disadvantage including homelessness, poor mental health and contact with the care and criminal justice systems.

At Radical, we believe the fundamental nature of mainstream recruitment services requires a radical change and we exists to excite, agitate and shake things up in the recruitment industry.

We are so pleased to be doing this work in partnership with Firefish.”

We’re ecstatic to have you on board, Emma, and we can’t wait to be a part of all the inspirational work you’re doing for the industry.
