How Firefish is Supporting Recruiters During Covid-19

Supporting Recruiters throughout the pandemic

At Firefish, we’re proud to be a recruitment software business that’s built and run by recruiters. And as recruiters, we understand that right now the recruitment industry is struggling under the pressure of the Covid-19 crisis.

We always try to live our company value ‘be your customer’ and we know that right now this is more important than ever. Here are a few ways Firefish is supporting our customers and the recruitment industry as a whole throughout the Covid-19 crisis so we all come out of this stronger than before…

Our customer support is as strong as ever

Our customer team have been working remotely since March 17th and are able to offer full support as usual.

The Support team is available via email (support@firefishsoftware.com), instant chat or by calling 0141 648 8520 at 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 4.30pm on Fridays (GMT).

Similarly, our Data and Success teams are still on hand, offering ongoing coaching, playbook sessions and data cleansing projects remotely.

We’ll have a strong focus on product development  

We’re never ones to miss an opportunity for innovation, so our Product team is using this time to build new features that will advance your business post-Covid-19.

We will continue to release new product features every week and we’re planning re-energise our UI. We’ll also be making advancements within our communication channels to ensure that our users will always be closely connected to candidates through Firefish, no matter where they’re working.

We’re offering relief on existing contracts

To help our existing customers get through this challenging time, we’re offering support with their licenses. In line with the three-month job retention scheme announced by the UK government, we’re offering the following:

• 3-months holiday period on 20% of monthly licenses

• 3-months future credit on 20% of annual licenses

Similarly, for customers who are coming up to their annual renewal date, we’re also giving them the option to switch from an annual to a monthly plan so they can protect their cash flow over the upcoming months.

We’re all in this together – and we know that now is the time to show our customers that their loyalty to us has not gone unnoticed and thank them for it.

We're creating content and resources to support the industry

Providing valuable content and sharing industry knowledge has always been a massive part of our business. We’re committed to providing recruiters with quality content that supports them in the challenges they’re experiencing every day as a result of Covid-19.
