Firefish is a fast-growing established technology start-up; we are responsible for introducing and taking the predictive recruitment movement to recruiters all around the world. Our Happiness team are the friendly faces of Firefish - whether our users are looking for coaching, technical support, training or advice, we’re here to help them get the best out of Firefish. 

 

We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Success Specialist to focus on growth and retention by helping us ensure that clients are able to achieve success from the point of onboarding onwards.

 

You'll take ownership of multiple client projects simultaneously, managing all aspects of onboarding from coordinating web builds and data uploads to arranging and carrying out online coaching sessions. You'll also be offering phone and email assistance to our clients – all of whom are recruiters, so it’s important that you understand the recruitment industry and what they’re trying to achieve.  Once onboarding has been completed, you'll be that client's port of call for upgrades, reskins of their website, additional training and account reviews. 

 

There’s nothing that makes you happier at the end of a working day than knowing you left your customers impressed and ready to recommend Firefish for first-rate service.

 

Sound good?  Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 8 months working in the recruitment sector either as a Resourcer, Recruiter or Account Manager
  • You will understand the jargon, the pains and the joy of success that recruiters experience every day 
  • You will be an excellent communicator and have a real strength in asking questions to get a better understanding of areas of pain your customers may be feeling
  • You will have evidence of managing multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable in prioritising your own workload
  • You will also be able to deal with challenging customers and professionally reason with them to gain a successful outcome
  • You will be dedicated to ensuring that clients get the most out of our products
  • You have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and the drive to make an impact!


And for bonus points (but don’t worry if you don’t have these!):

  • An understanding of marketing tactics and nurturing programmes
  • A coaching certification, and an understanding of key coaching techniques that ensure effective learning
  • Knowledge of Hubspot
