Recruitment Success Specialist

£17k - £22k + healthcare, flexitime, retail cashback and discounts, free beer, monthly lunches and more!

This vacancy is now closed

If you’ve been working in recruitment for a while and love the buzz of the sector but are feeling that it’s not really the job for you, what are you going to do?

You could start from scratch in a different sector …but do you really want to feel like you’re starting over again and wasting all that valuable knowledge you’ve worked hard to gain?

Why not join a multi-award-winning recruitment software company where you can build on all that great knowledge while carving out a career in a fun, friendly, customer-centric environment?  You’ll have no sales targets to hit, no candidates to contend with: you’ll be using your exceptional customer service skills and recruitment knowledge to make sure our customers swim to success and continue to #lovethefish.

Due to promotion, we’re looking for an additional Recruitment Success Specialist to join our Happiness team.  Recruitment Success Specialists are power users of Firefish and use this knowledge to provide first-rate support to our customers.  You’ll build great relationships with them and will be able to quickly understand the problems they’re encountering.  You’ll provide them with advice and solutions or escalate their issues, then act as the point of liaison between the customer and our technical support team.

It goes without saying that you have a real passion for providing brilliant customer service, love the recruitment industry, enjoy solving problems and have an interest in tech.  You’ll also need to have excellent time management and prioritisation skills – it’s a really busy role, and you never know what the next question is going to be or who’s going to ask it!  You’ll take charge of our help guides and email updates too, so it’s important that your verbal and written communication skills are top notch.

We offer a range of benefits including health cover, a healthcare cash plan, retail cash-back and discounts, flexitime, and more!  The drinks fridges and coffee machine are always stocked, and the whole company gets together every month to catch up and tuck in to a team lunch.

You’ll be joining a team who have been nationally recognised for Excellence in Customer Service, and a company which was voted by users as the Best Recruitment CRM, so you’ll be learning from the best.  They’re not just awesome at what they do, though - they’re a fun bunch, too!

If you have at least a few months’ recruitment agency experience (whether as a resourcer, recruiter or account manager), understand the jargon, the pains and the joy of success that recruiters experience and are looking for a challenging but rewarding opportunity with real opportunities for progression, get in touch!

Vicki will be in touch as soon as she’s reviewed your application.
