Firefish is a multi-award winning recruitment software, and we're growing...both in the number of clients joining us and the size of our shoal!

As so many new clients are migrating away from their current recruitment software vendors to Firefish, we've created a brand new position for a Recruitment Data Project Manager to join our Happiness team.

The Happiness team deal with customer...well...happiness!  They ensure that the new clients enjoy a fantastic onboarding experience and ongoing success with the product.  Data plays a massive part in the onboarding process: it's imperative that the right information is migrated to the right place and that no important information goes AWOL in the process.

That's where you come in!

As our Recruitment Data Specialist, you’ll use your first rate organisational and project management skills to get into the nitty-gritty of data, carrying out tasks such as:

  • Co-ordinating and managing data migration projects through various stages of a 4-6-week project.  You’ll provide support to brand new clients who are moving their data from their previous vendor to Firefish, communicating effectively with them to make sure they understand the process and know what they're signing off on
  • Testing data that is due to be uploaded to clients' live sites
  • Documenting processes, recording information and ensuring compliance with GDPR, while ensuring continuous improvement how we handle migrations from a variety of vendors
  • Using your excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects, co-ordinating data deadlines and liaising with the Happiness and Data teams to make sure that the migration process is smooth for everyone involved and the client moves to onboarding with a smile on their face!

It's important to note that you won't be actually doing the migration, so you don't need to have any technical qualifications.  You may have experienced a data migration from the client side, or you may currently be working in a recruitment software business.  Wherever you are or have been, what's most important is that you have a keen eye for detail, know recruitment inside-out and have a genuine love of and interest in complex data.

This is a really exciting time to join Firefish.  Our Fish work hard, but have lots of fun at the same time in our very own Aquarium in Glasgow.  We offer a great range of benefits including (but not limited to) medical cashback, retail discounts, team lunches, social events and free beer!
