Firefish is growing massively, both in the number of new clients joining us and in the size of our our shoal!  To ensure that our clients continue to receive the award-winning service they deserve, we're looking for another Fish to join our growing Finance team! 


We're on the search for a fabulous Finance Assistant with excellent communication skills who has experience in account reconciliation, billing, processing credit card payments, managing ledgers and credit control.  You're confident in dealing with colleagues, clients and suppliers and are an Excel whizz with a great eye for detail, and used to reporting complex information.  Experience in using Xero accounting software would be a great bonus (but we can support you in learning to use this if you haven't before!)


You're going to love this job if: 

  • You're super organised, making sure that all billing information is up-to-date every day
  • You have an approachable and friendly manner in dealing with accounts queries and credit control 
  • You're pernickety about accounts reconciling - that missing penny drives you mad! 
  • You enjoy working with different accountancy systems pick them up quickly.  At Firefish, we use Xero, GoCardless, SigningHub and Recurly
