We encourage you to find your voice and take an active role in growing the business as well as your own career. We have a bunch of brilliant individuals already working with us so you'll not only learn loads but you can share your own experiences and knowledge.

We offer a range of benefits including a flexi finish time, healthcare, retail discounts and vouchers, monthly team lunches, free coffee and drinks and an early Friday well as a relaxed working environment and great opportunities for progression!

We're looking for a super passionate and ambitious Digital Marketer to join the shoal at our Aquarium here in Glasgow.  This is an amazing opportunity for you to make a real impact in a small marketing team and build a career in online inbound/product marketing.

"Digital Marketing" sounds exciting (because it is!)...but what will you actually be doing?

Well, you're the voice of the Fish online, managing our social media marketing and all things brand and buzz, such as organising everything needed for events we attend and sponsor, and promoting our presence at them.  As a skilled and experienced writer you'll be writing everything from website copy to Tweets which hit the mark with our target audience (so you're able to write quality and informative content quickly and efficiently!) You'll get to know our different customer personas inside out, and once you've got that nailed your data analysis and knowledge of persona behaviour will allow you to establish new and innovative ways to keep our audiences engaged.

Sound good?  We're hoping you'll bring the following expertise:

  • Full alignment with our core values - we live and run our business by these, so make sure they fit with who you are
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Degree in Marketing, Events or something similar
  • Determination to pursue a career in digital marketing
  • Active on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and experience managing a social media business page/account
  • Experience working with a CMS (content management system)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Enthusiastic and personable approach – you’re happy to get stuck into new challenges

So, if you’re looking to make an impact and to be part of something ground-breaking, something different…join us!

Vicki will be in touch as soon as she’s reviewed your application.
