November Product Update

Our November product update is here!

We're constantly updating our product, and releasing new features every week. With so much going on, we thought it was time to give you a little round-up of everything we've added to our software in the past four weeks.

 Brand New 'Hot Candidates' Feature

We've got a brand new 'hot candidates' feature, meaning you can now mark candidates as 'hot' with a flame icon, and they will stay hot for 14 days. You can search specifically for all hot candidates, and even change the length of time they'll be hot.

 

 

If you're a Firefish Enterprise user, we've brought out some excellent new features for you. Now, you can control what your hiring managers can do - you can give them the ability to shortlist candidates, interview them and even make offers.  When forwarding CVs, hiring managers will have the option to email any users within their company.  Super Users can change these settings for all users.

 

 

Plus, a sneak peek of what's coming next week: Compliance To-Do List! We've had a lot of feedback from our users on this, so we're really excited to release it. Inside the Firefish system, your to-do-list will now not only show calls, interviews and follow-up actions - it will also display a compliance section to help keep you on track for GDPR. You'll be able to see at a glance how many candidates you have that are compliant, any that have declined, and ones that are awaiting compliance information.
