Awards, Awards & More Awards!
We were absolutely thrilled to be listed in 74th position in the Northern Tech Awards Top 100 fastest growing technology companies! Not only that, but we were also one of only four Scottish companies to be included on the league table! The Northern Tech Awards took place in Edinburgh, so the Fish swam through to join in the fun and had a thoroughly fabulous evening celebrating the success of some of the most inspirational businesses in the tech sector.
It's always awesome to be recognised for something you love doing, so we're delighted to be finalists in yet another flurry of awards!
So far this year we've won the UK Recruiter Blog of the Year and we've made it to the finals of the OnRec Award for Innovative User of Social Media in the Recruitment Process. Over the next few weeks we'll find out if we've won the S1 Award for Best Recruitment Campaign, the Scotland IS Digital Technology Award for Best B2B Product and not one, but two Recruiter Awards: Most Effective Recruitment Marketing Campaign and Recruitment Industry Supplier of the Year. Oh, and there's also still time to vote for us in the Recruitment International Awards!
Promotions
It's not just external success that we've been celebrating this month: we've also been celebrating the promotions of two of our super shoal!
Stewart joined us last June as a Junior Data Analyst, and has been a superstar right from the start! Dealing with data uploads and reconfiguration of data, he very quickly demonstrated his drive and commitment and in just 10 months has shown us that there's nothing junior about his skills! Stewart has been promoted to the position of Data Analyst.
You probably know Ross - he's our Chief Problem Solver and is always on hand to help with your questions!
In the two years that Ross has been a Fish he's been a magnificent support to both our clients and his colleagues, so we're delighted that our reigning Fish of the Year has stepped up into the position of Product and Support Manager.
A huge well done to both Stewart and Ross on their very well deserved promotions!
New Fish
You'd be forgiven for thinking that the Aquarium is probably packed to the gills, but we're still growing! In the last few weeks we've been joined by Ryan as a Client Success Champion in the Happiness team; Paul as API Developer Jamie as a Software Developer and Craig as UAT Tester, all in the Beta team; and Lisa as a Growth Specialist. Phew, that's a lot of Fish! Welcome to the team, all - we're delighted you've joined us!

TEAM Conference
The highlight of March has to be the annual TEAM Conference. Wendy, Cameron and Louise had a great time at Whittlebury Hall networking and catching up with our Fish friends, and judging by the sore heads the next day, the evening black tie extravaganza went swimmingly too!
Easter Eggstravaganza
Easter isn't just for bunnies - the Fish love a chocolate egg too!
On Easter Friday we settled down with a family-friendly film (CEO Wendy's suggestion of a film about a murderous Easter bunny was quickly vetoed!) and were joined by some very special little guests - some two legged, and some four!
We'll be back next month with even more new Fish, and we hope with some shiny new silverware for our cabinet! Until then, keep swimming!
