The Future of Recruitment is Upon Us

Predictive Recruitment Event - The Future

Cast your mind back to last month (c'mon, February was a short month so it's easy) when we announced the first ever predictive recruitment event, the Future of Recruitment. Aaaah there you go, we see that lightbulb coming to life in your brain. 1st June? Glasgow Science Centre? Yep. It's basically all we've spoke about for the past month; sorry about that.

You might remember how we proudly boasted about our stellar line-up of speakers, with recruitment heavyweight Greg Savage flying in from Oz and Social Talent CEO Johnny Campbell hopping over from Ireland as well as our very own Wendy McDougall and Alan Hiddleston. But there was a catch - how cheeky of us- and tickets were only on sale at the time to our Firefish customers. Well... today's the day!

Ticket sales for everyone are now live so go grab 'em before they all get snapped up. The response to this event has been overwhelming, we knew it would be popular but boy have we had interest! Sign ups are coming in from as far afield as the USA and South Africa. Our CEO Wendy couldn't be happier:

Attracting, engaging and recruiting talent is a global challenge for all companies! Instead of rolling over and accepting defeat, recruiters need to be consistently challenging current practices. That is why Firefish are absolutely delighted to bring together global experts in this field to share their experiences on the future of recruitment!

This meeting of minds will be the biggest recruitment event of its kind to hit Scotland but don't be fooled into thinking it's some small-scale local thing. We've got our visitors from further afield covered so take a look at our accommodation recommendations if this is your first visit to our fair city.

There are some big name speakers still to be announced and we'll be unveiling the day's full content and running order very soon. Who doesn't love a surprise, though? If you have any burning questions or just want to chat to us about the event, you can always tweet us @firefishnow or give us a call. We'd love to hear from you.
